Clean and Stackable for All Maps!

This Lightweight addition gives you access to 9 different colored lasers!

These lasers are great to mark a location or spot you want to find back easy from a distance.
They are easy to make, portable and they can be placed on any surface!

You can also use them to mark a base location or team color.

The Lasers come in a wide variety of colors:

Blue
Cyan
Green
Magenta
Purple
Red
Orange
Yellow
White

Crafting Recipe for 1 Marker of any color:

20x Fiber
10x Wood
5x Flint

The Lasers can be crafted straight from the players inventory and you are all set!
On the pictures are some examples of what to expect.

love the mod. Only thing is yeah the draw is kinda short. Would love it if I could see these from a lot further away similar to a flare. but still useful for marking where things are for easy locating when you get close.

@ Alpha: When you are on a flyer and know Roughly where your base is but not the exact location, the markers pinpoint that. It's meant as a supplement, not a replacement, for the default map markers. @ Calmaria: Visibility probably depends on the render distance you have set in the game's graphics options

As of now, u cant configure anything on them, they are laser markers all set with the same brightness, color of your choice ofcourse and seen by anyone, although, only the owner of the marker or tribe-member can pick them up, a rival tribe will see them but they cant pick them up.

I do have future plans for them to add a option wheel with all sorts of amazing options and configs, but for now I hope this info was enough to understand :)

Do these markers work on the whole server regardless of tribe? I mean to say, is there an option to make them visible server wide regardless of who places them? And is the view distance far away or more condensed? Are these options configurable?

So, I placed one on a cliff platform to make it easier to find from the air. The problem is the platform is visible before the laser is. Is there a way to increase the view distance?

Hey thanks for the feeback.

Creating such thing with a dome would be no problem and I deffinetely keep it in mind to add later, you have my word on it, but can't confirm when that will be :)

I love this mod. It makes finding my way home much easier. However, when I'm traveling along the ground, sometimes it's still hard to see the marker through dense foliage. How hard would it be to create a dome version, like a tek shield or maybe some sort of mesh texture?

Also, I'd like to second the activate/deactivate toggle suggestion from Niscandia.

They work right away without the need of any power source/fuel or coal.
