描述

Removes the Diplomatic Status tag to any character that has it.

What does that mean?

They can now be targeted and hit by crossbows. Faction leaders or key personnel can now be properly "pacified" from a distance or be targeted for ranged attacks.

What it also does is make those previous diplomatic personnel less faction important, therefor reducing the negative standing of such rebellion.
