This is a Material of a Real life version of City17! I wanted to make it a material for people who want to have a nice new map to look at that looks detailed enough to be used!

(WARNING) You might have to have a resizer tool if you want the map to actually look Map like and big enough

i think the prop he used in the first picture is one of those plastic plates that you can find in the spawn menu
you should use one that has a 2:1 height to width ratio
