(TF2 Hex) Pyro Pack PART 2

Due to the SFM workshop having a limit on item uploads (and on characters in the description), I decided to split the Pyro pack into two parts. This is the second part.

This part of the set contains 27 Pyro cosmetics. The first part contains the other 38.
All the items should function properly and have been cured of the Black Hat Plague (at least as much as my skill with GIMP allows me)
