I'm new to hammer, so that and the programs required made me stop immediately. Time will only tell, pripyat is already large on a scale for source engine. But I can see the vision.

Your edits seem like have not much more to reach source limits

I thought of editing this map: Complete change of time to night, with majority of the street lights on, the rest of the accessible buildings with lighting on, neon shop signs lightened up. Then I had issues with porting the map, the fact I need a lot of third party apps. I would of asked permission first if all went well. Now I'm throwing my vision I had out there, I'm sure the map is at the height of source limits, but I'm still confident I would say.
