描述
First mod, downscales the elves of stellaris. Haven't asked for permission so if the orgininal modders want me to take it down I will. Not sure if I downscaled everything as this is for personal use.

Cesare-9029 is right, unless the author ever patches the patch then the sun will perpetually act as elven ship guns.

Just wanna report this: the mod seems to cause laser/projectiles firing from suns. Might need an update.

Okay, I know the problem. Basically NSC Elves patch overrides my mod, I think I've updated it with an extra exclamation mark to correct this. Also, I've downscaled the colossus. Message back if anything's wrong.
