Makes all street signs from the upcoming Enoch update available in the Editor. For now you have to use dev branch!
This also enables the street signs for X-Cam, MapBuilder and ObjectPlacement TBH.

Finally you can get origami dummies in mikero tools (subscriber version) to be able to binarize your custom terrain using these properly.
