You would need to extract the files and just manually mix them together with some of the other insurgent hands.

Is it possible to have differing hand models for each armor tier, like in vanilla? Therefore, these bare hands for no armor insurgent?

Hey is it possible to make this work with another mod? Im using a character mod for insurgents and it only replaces the heavy viewmodel. Only thing I want is just light and medium hands with this. I've tried replacing the vmt files as usual but I couldnt since it had files other than vmt and vtx files. Help.

Yeah the rigging seem to be a bit weird on the sandstorm arms. I tried to do my best, it was even worse before. What you see now is much better than the original unedited hands mesh, but still not good enough at some angles.
