@DERP that issue maybe from your operation.
IN FK , ONLY the Pelvis bones canbe MOVED , OTHERS bones need to be ROTATED.
IN IK (riged) , your can move anybones you like.

I have an issue with the model, whenever I try to move the model forward a piece of it stretches weirdly
