Houses created for this series have been put together in the 'UK Housing Detailing Packs' collection.


This pack is designed for detailers who want assets that contain no extra props or gardens allowing complete freedom of expression in their build.

These assets are available as a standard subscription in my 'UK Housing: Semi-Detached #2 Level 1-5 Pack' if you want to use them as normal growable assets.

These assets have been created as growable 'Low Residential' houses and cover all 5 levels required by the game but are specifically designed to be used as individually plopped houses. The assets in this pack are easily found with 'Find It' using the search 'UKH Detail SD #2'. To be honest, just using 'UKH' should do the trick.

The pack contains:
Ten houses with a variety of wall, window and door styles.

Model: , 1038 tris
LOD: 78 tris
Model texture: 2048 x 2048
LOD texture: 512 x 256

All models use the same textures so if you use the Loading Screen mod the textures will be shared by all the elements and this will reduce any load on your machine.
