You need metro exodus game installed + metro exodus unpacker from this russian website :

When the metro exodus unpacker is installed you can open the file ( i don't remember which one sorry) and select the 3d model and the textures ( export to .obj or .fbx, you can open .dds textures with vtfedit used in l4d2).

I'm sorry but your english is not very easy to understand, i can speak french if you are too or use google translate maybe.
I don't take request at the moment and i don't have the game installed anymore to port models from the game, sry.
