[Deltarune] Lancer (Playermodel/Ragdoll/NPC/Props)

Here's the much loved spade son, Lancer!

Models, textures, rigs by myself, ported for GMod usage by Charma.

In this addon, you will have...

- Three ragdolls, Lancer, Handsome Lancer and his trusty bike.
- Two playermodels, (colorable skins!) including jiggle tongue, tongue and moustache bodygroups.
- Viewmodel arms!
- Four NPCs, including friendly and hostile versions of both Lancer models.
- One prop which is ragdolled, it being his bike.

Also credit to ☠Junko Enoshima❤ for fixing up the color skins!
