Based on General Greivous's ultimate 4-way interchange (found here https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1759868591 ) and my old Inverted roundabout, I created this new interchange. This design prevents U-turns being made. It is fully connected and allows traffic to go through without weaving (although, while traffic doesn't need to weave to navigate this intersection, the default traffic AI can cause weaving if cars make enough unnecessary lane change so TMPE will sometimes be needed). It's only 2 layers tall and takes up less ground space than the default cloverleaf.
