You can edit this file to your liking in my mod:
ModTweakables.xml and edit the line
<GameDBTweakableInt ID="TWEAKABLE_GOOD_PRESTIGE_PATIENT_BONUS_PERCENT"> <Value>75</Value> </GameDBTweakableInt>

Change 75 to your own liking. Hope it helps, :)

I'm getting so many patients, the scenario says something like 5 new patients and I get 35, 300 workers and I'm getting 245 patients a day. I wish I could cap that because all my doctors end up waiting by collapsed patients and no one can get treated leading to even more collapsed patients and I have to shut down to clear this mess and it's back in a couple days. I like the idea but I must have some other mod adding patients.

This stopped working for me. It was a very good mod.

great mod!!! works really well, there should be a full creative mod that give you infinate money and prestige

Silver-super: The game only knows 2 threshholds currently, good and bad prestige, can only tie into those two. Ill see if i can do other things to archieve what you are saying,
