南京是中华人民共和国江苏省省会，位于长江下游，是中国历史文化名城，享有“六朝古都”的美誉。

本地图（81格范围）按照1:2还原南京地区部分地形、水系和基础设施，以南京内环、大校场机场、南京南站等地为中心，西起浦口区，东至栖霞区、小茅山，南抵将军山、牛首山和方山风景区，北达长江观音景区、八卦洲（六合区）。

Nanjing is the capital of Jiangsu province, People’s Republic of China. Located in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, Nanjing is one of the famous historical and cultural cities in China, which enjoys the fame of ‘the Ancient Capital of Six Dynasties’.

The map, with 81 tiles, 1:2 in scale, shows part of the topography, water system and infrastructure of the city. It takes Nanjing Inner Ring, Dajiaochang Airport and Nanjingnan Railway Station as centre, stretching from Pukou District in the west, to Xiaomaoshan in Qixia District in the east, from Jiangjun Mount, Niushou Mount and Fangshan Scenic Area in the south, to Guanyin Scenic Area and Baguazhou Island (in Liuhe District) across Yangtze River in the north.
