描述
Added a config to control damage to tools
A config will automatically be created within the RaidTools folder in your servers profile folder. You can change the values to anything between 0 and 1
The default settings are:
{ "FenceDam": 1, "LockDam": 1 }

An updated version of my baseraidtools mod. This is an updated version for servers that run codelock. If you don't use that mod then you don't need to use this version of the mod

Limits tools that can destroy fences, gates and locks to the "Base Raid Hammer" and the "Base Raid Saw"
Entries for types.xml are included in the mod folder
