This is a PBR port; Don't just slap a white spotlight on the model and expect it to look nice. Play with lighting and radius.
The model will appear super glossy in the dark, you've been warned.

you're better off grabbing the fbx and textures directly from the game files, this upload has been optimized for sfm and won't work great for blender

the vest is part of the mesh
i guess you could manually select it in blender and delete the rest however don't expect good results

pretty sure the other ports don't have procedural bones so idk if it'd really work

im saying you can use this one as a ref animation then connect all the other glitchtraps to mix the combo of the said model and the animation will stay the same if done correctly
