描述

Adds a new faction to Reassembly, the Vesseri. The Vesseri are a modular cannon faction with limited-arc turrets. While they lack traditional point defense, they make up for it with a variety of drones.

Vesseri hull has a fairly minimal shape palette, with the only scalable shape being the triangle. It might be hard to work with, but it's still capable of creating good ships.

I'm 5 years late but: your regions.lua is missing a closing bracket. Somehow reassembly runs fine with it, but this is bad for external programs, you mind fixing it at some point?
