Halo 2 Weapons fix

So, this is a fix of three Halo 2 weapons made by Pilliar who is sadly no longer with us :(

The fixes are....

1. Guns now use HL2 vanilla ammo.
2. Fixed the Idle animation not playing for Fuel Rod gun and Sentinel Beam after firing.
3. Guns are now in fixed slots (Carbine is in the second slot, Fuel Rod and the Beam are now in the fith).
4. Gave a damage buff to Sentinel Beam (felt like it was too low)
And that's the fixes.

---Issues---
Some of the guns can mess up c_ or v_ models to whatever gun you are using. To fix this, you need to get the Fuel Rod out THEN get the Medkit out (Assuming you have it) then switch to any other gun. It should be fixed now. Only people who know how to code can fix this issue.
