Cannabis Dispensary (SaunaAI)

As BigPharma's era of prohibition comes to an end, patients receive non-addictive medical marijuana prescriptions at the cannabis dispensary.

First implementation as a medical clinic with ambulances was awkward and had a lot of requests for this, so I altered to SaunaAI for a passive health benefit. Stats balanced against Sauna, Yoga, Pool, and Gym.

Content Manager isn't showing Snowfall as a requirement for me, but since Snowfall added the SaunaAI, I listed it as a DLC requirement just in case.

Stats:
Cost: $17,000
Maintenance: 2000
Healthcare Accumulation: 250 (between Sauna/Pool and Yoga/Gym)
Healthcare Radius: 400 (between Yoga and Sauna/Pool/Gym)
Visitors: 50/50/50 (between Pool and Gym)
Workers: 3/2/1/0

Found in Healthcare menu with custom thumbnail.

Feel free to change the stats in-game with Customize It! mod.
