Clean Up Wand

This wand turns all dropped stuff to ash.
It is a tool for maintaining a camp.

USAGE:
- When you "give" a Walrus Tusk to the wand, it's walking speed increases 0.05. (max: 2.5)
- Casting spell, all stuff around you become ashes. (Valuable tools or equipments are excepted.)


RECIPE:
The wand is uncraftable, since it is a tool for an administrator.
You can spawn the wand by console command, c_give("cleanupwand") .
