"Mini Strider" NPC

This is a highly weaponized monstrosity. This NPC can easily challenge Striders and Gunships.
Ministrider will use his pulse minigun and warp cannon instead of flechettes. Based on Hunter AI.
Friendly version of NPC included. You can also adjust CVars to customize Ministrider weapons.

"ms_enableminigun" - Should NPC use Pulse Minigun?(Def. 1)
"ms_enablecharge" - Should NPC use charge attack?(Def. 0)
"ms_cannon_mincooldown" - Minimal cooldown time(Def. 10)
"ms_cannon_maxcooldown" - Minimal cooldown time(Def. 20)
"ms_enablemodel" - Show Warp Cannon model(Def. 1)(Clientside)
