Pruessens Gloria Carousel Theme

A simple extraction from the more-conclusive mod I've formed a while back, during a darker, edgier period of life, which can be found right here: German Music Pack

All this addon does is replace the sound of the standard carousel on Dark Carnival to the old Prussian tune, Preußens Gloria . Of course, there are lots of people that like this song, and since it was requested to be bundled into its own addon by Tohru ✠ , I figured I'd get off my butt and resume making terrible pony mildly acceptable sounds and retextures since that's about all I'm good for.

Yes, song isn't here for political purposes, not sure why I'd need to bring that up, but just in case. I guess it could offend fanboys of the Rheinbund? I don't know.
