描述
mod with money struts to make ships cheaper just add these to the structure and there you go.

so i found out (others more or less) that cheap buildings not are only easier to destroy despite having secret police it could also potentially mess up the ai building ships and attacking you since it uses the cost to measure strenght.

so you have been warned i guess have fun.

hi the ai doesnt look at a ships looks or weapions it looks at how expensive and it trys to match or be over your building and fleet currenly at the town/city

i had a glitch where an AI was attacking me with nothing, and so it felt like the AI was just trolling me by starting battles with nothing on its side. Basically a Ghost Ship

Apparently, if you make a building (or an airship/landship that you store in a city) cost negative cash, the AI spies can destroy it despite you having severe secret police.
