Nothing revolutionary, it's just a pretty simple door...

I made this because I frequently find myself wanting just a simple door that will fit in with windows all around it in certain builds, especially on Earth builds as I use a lot of windows there. No bells and whistles, no special functions, just a door that opens and closes and lets me sit back and watch the universe pass on the other side of it.

There are 4 versions of the door. One is tinted on the outside, one is tinted on the inside, one is tinted on both sides, and the last one is clear on both sides.

Large and Small Grid


*Opening this door in space may result in death by asphyxiation, so don't do that.

Thanks to Eikester and Nuke for giving me pointers on setting up the AdvancedDoor type as I've never used it before.

Seems to be being added in the next update? Something very similar to this is visible in the background of one of the teasers. Fingers crossed!

I love the look of these doors, though I wish there was a couple variants. I'd love to see the same door but with metal panels instead of glass, as well as a variant glass door that only has like two glass panes on the upper sliding door panels.

Thanks for the doors! It would be great to also have variants without any glass, for things like a armory door, private quarters door, bathroom, etc :steamthumbsup:

how about you just not get the console versions of games like these, there are effectively no mods that support mod.io, and even then console SE is barely supported
