This mod adds events for 3 Norscan factions. The first one of those 3 factions who took the required settlements will gain the bonuses permanently, and others won't be able to take those bonuses again. The bonuses and requirements are:

Altdorf:
+10 razing income
+10 sacking income
+10 looting income
+2500 gold

Hexoatl:
+10 Growth
+5% Trade Income
+5000 gold

Kislev:
+4 Leadership
+2 public order
+2500 gold

Magritta:
+5 % trade income
+2 Chaos corruption factionwide
+5000 gold

Marienburg:
+5 % trade income
+8% tax
+2000 gold

If you raze Praag:
+5 % Replenishment rate
+5 % movement range
for 30 turns

Taking Dietershafen:
-10% recruitment cost
-5 % upkeep

Compatibility:
This mod is compatible with every other mod. Though, for overhauls that changes unit balances you need submods for Chaos dwarf mods, just like this one which makes chaos dwarf mod compatible with SFO:
