Because i really don't need to specify that, the video that i added was made by some random dude who decided to edit in voices which is super easy to tell because you can hear the audio fade out when they start talking.
lots of mods on this workshop don't have voiceovers included.
Now I have more important stuff to work on, please understand that people don't always have time to add tiny neuances to mods.

No, like modding other games. I enjoy modding "oh sir" but i don't have enough patience to sit around and replace voice clips for an hour. I would rather mod other games like Garry's Mod, Left 4 Dead 2, sven coop, etc. You really like that salt emote huh?

Because I do not care enough to, I have more important modding projects than this you know.

WHY oh and WHY the heck cant you just look up how to import voice lines to papyrus for OS thr HMMMMM?
