描述
The Von Erich family produced multiple stars in WCCW under the leadership of family patriarch Fritz Von Erich.

Kerry Von Erich had the look and ability to become a major star, and he was given a brief run with the NWA World Heavyweight Championship in 1984.

Kerry lost his foot in a motorcycle accident in 1986, and he kept the amputation a secret for years, arriving to arenas with his boots on to mask his use of a prostetic replacement.

Kerry made his way to the WWF towards the end of his career and became the Intercontinental Champion. He was repackaged as The Texas Tornado.

Kerry passed away in 1993.

The Von Erich family was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2009.

Just watch the ice documentary. So sad what happened to them hopefully the new generation don't have the same bad luck.

Watching more old Von Erich matches this week, I saw a lot of Chris Adams. I'll probably get to him sometime soon.

Actually his last match was in GWF teaming with Chris Adams, it was taped for the GWF's tv program.
