Weapon Drop

This addon allows for players to drop their weapons.

Features:
- "/drop" chat command
- Works with every weapon
- Keeps ammo in the mag/clip
- Adds to your ammo if you already have the weapon
- In-game customisation features
- Blacklist for weapons that you don't want to be dropped
- Blacklist saves over server restart via data file

Server ConVars:
- "topher_weapondrop_dropondeath" (default = 0)
0 - Don't drop weapons on death
1 - Only drop active weapon on death (excluding blacklisted weapons)
3 - Drop all weapons on death (excluding blacklisted weapons)
- "topher_weapondrop_adminbypass" (default = 0)
0 - Admins can't drop blacklisted weapons
1 - Admins can drop blacklisted weapons
- "topher_weapondrop_weapondecay" (default = 0)
0 - Disable
>0 - the duration after the weapon is dropped before it decays

Client Console Commands:
- "topher_weapondrop_blacklist" - Lists blacklisted weapons in the console
- "topher_weapondrop_blacklist_add" - Adds a weapon to the blacklist
(usage; "topher_weapondrop_blacklist_add weapon_fists")
- "topher_weapondrop_blacklist_remove" - Removes a weapon from the blacklist
(usage; "topher_weapondrop_blacklist_remove weapon_fists")
- "dropweapon" - drops your active weapon
(same as "/drop")

If you have any suggestions feel free to comment them below!

Notes:
- Weapons that do not have a world model will use the soda can model. If you find a weapon that does this comment the weapon and what addon it is from below and I will work on a fix. (I am aware gmod_hands drops as a soda can and this is unavoidable, I recommend just leaving this in the blacklist)

Added:
ConVar for collisions of dropped weapons:
- "topher_weapondrop_droppedcollision" (default = 0)
0 - Normal collisions
1 - Doesn't collide with players
