Built for Xcaliber's May designers challenge

For frontier systems that can't afford a full shipyard, the Orbital Outfitting and Processing Station (OOPS) provides a somewhat cost effective and fuel efficient way to have a manufacturing center in space. With 2 each of furnaces and decostructors, and 4 advanced constructors, it can quickly turn raw materials and unneeded parts into new components to repair or refit ships.

The storage systems and layout of the base are optimized for quick operations: 6 spacious container controllers are set up to provide a logical flow of blocks and items through the base. 2 hangars split up the industrial dock and habitation / trading section, which has a full medbay and small farm area. The bits that spew radiation and heat are contained within the three silos, out of the way but accessible for maintenance if needed. In some orbits, you may be able to run all of this with solar, but there is also backup generator and fuel storage.
