One of the industrial block buildings which is either abandoned or half-demolished. Or both.

It's a building that performs no function and requires no road connection.

The model has a color map, you can use Painter mod to set the color.

Props are used for the interior rubble and roof details. If for some reason you want a version that doesn't have a bunch of rubble in the interior part, you can make a copy with the asset editor and delete the props or use Prop It Up! mod.

The model shares the same 2048x1024 textures as the full set of industrial block buildings. If you subscribe to both, use Loading Screen Mod so that the textures are only loaded once.
