Does anybody know if this can tunnel?

After Dark and Snow Fall DLCs required??? What's with that?

A bit more description of the intent would be helpful.

Is there an alternative that doesn't require 3 dlcs for it to work? I don't expect that to have the full functionality of dcourse, but i only need pedestrians to be able to use it. I don't have the money for dlcs and the game doesn't let me activate it without the dlcs

This is my first comment on a mod after 500 hours playing Cities. That's how happy this mod made me. Yes, it's a bit clunky to use, but at least it provides a totally workable solution to what IMO is a huge gap in the vanilla game. (Also, it seems like previous solutions involving Pedestrian Crossing no longer work.)

I like this asset. Use the 'Find it' mod and search for 'pedestrian'

What menu or tab is this under? Or is Find It mod the only way to find this road?

The lack of description or pictures really hurts any chance that people will try this but it is worth trying.
It's a 'pedestrian only' road that will connect with normal roads.

I'm finding it quite useful for making pedestrian crossings on long stretches of road so that the citizens don't walk for miles to get across the street. It saves all the trouble of trying to construct a pedestrian path over or under the street.
