描述
During WWII the nazis became aware of an ancient legendary sword, that give the ability to the holder to win any fight he desires. They knew that the sword belonged to the Skeleton Dragon, a powerful angel that would judge the heart of the one who tried to hold the sword. So they started the Iron Heart Project, they selected infants and developed them to be emotionless husks, also replacing their body parts for robtics ones. Only one Iron Heart survived the experiments, being the holder of the Skeleton Sword becoming a terror to the world. Skeleton Dragon being aware that his sword was being used for evil he summoned Volts Man to help him recover the sword and save the world from the demented Iron Heart.
Years later the cyborg was bought by Cassandra Daily that used him as his personal assistant.
