A HUD icon for the magma sword. Script is modified to add fire damage.

This addon replaces SCRIPTS (changes the icon)! That means if a server is enforcing consistency, you may get kicked. Disable this mod and restart the game if you have trouble with joining servers.


Now for the gimmicky part: the script is modified to have DMG_BURN in addition to DMG_SLASH. Having only "burn" would not play gore sounds, hence 4 + 8 (1100 in binary; it actually makes sense). On Normal, hitting a fellow Survivor would cost them 1 HP (2 HP for other melee weapons), on Expert - 7 (same 15 hits to incap from full health). Regardless of its damage value, on Normal it does not even kill a Boomer in one hit (and does varying damage depending on hit area), while on Expert it one-shots everyone except the Charger and the bosses. The Witch receives the same damage as usual (and is set on fire); not sure about the Tank, but, technically speaking, you can kill him with only one hit (via damage over time). It does not ignite the armored Riot Infected up front, as they're immune to all firearms and melee damage unless attacked in the back. The fireproof zombies (CEDA, Fallen, and Jimmy) just die in one hit from blunt damage as usual. Last but not least, modified bots can actually do friendly fire damage with it!
