SBEP Entities Fixes & Updates

This is the old SBEP pack of entites and rover stuff that I have repacked with more server friendly weapons and fixed up some of the weapons and entites. Also since it was a problem all should now be FPP compatible. Note these all now require energy to function just like any other weapon for spacebuild. A couple of fixes have also been made for the weapons you can find the whole pack and the place where I originally got the weapons from here

Space Combat is required for a damage system on props and other stuff. The weapons can kill players just fine.

CSS content is needed for the weapons except the laser chainsaw.

WARNING DO NOT USE VANILLA DUPLICATOR ON SHIPS! Use advanced dupe 2. Advanced dupe 2 is not required but is needed for saving ships that you have built.

Yes this is a reupload and I do not claim ownership of anything in this addon. I just fixed up an old broken addon and made the weapons require energy to work.

-To Do-
Attempt to restore some sort of SWEP pack inside the addon. Code is too borked to fix too much of a mess.
Fix a bug that sometimes doesnt make the gigafish explosion. Should be fixed. Only use one at a time to avoid errors.
