Pokken Tournament Latios v1 (Ellis)

As the second of this commission batch, here's Latios from Pokken Tournament! Definitely an odd one to work with, & required some thinking alongside some edited animations, but ultimately came out better than expected! Not to mention, Latios is one of the few Pokemon in Pokken Tournament that didn't turn out so... odd, I guess?
Unfortunately, since it's only a support 'Mon, it required some upscaling/manual editing on textures to have the same quality as the main ones; Do note that this also means it doesn't have any facial expressions, though.
