I like to plop my cities by hand Ive noticed a few issues with this this morning when left to its own devices will update in a bit when ive figured a way around issue :-)
the issue is the alpha cutout for the garage when it spawns to close to a road it some times leaves a hole through the ground move it tool sorts this in the short term looks like ill have to tweak the mesh slightly may have time today but will see
