Long Range Tools

Supports all DLCs (Currently latest is Signal)


Simple but usefull mod.
I was tired from being blinded on midnight and unable to fly safely.

Improve your survival experience adding Ore Distrobution with this mod.


Long Range Spotlight:

  • Large Ship: 400m Cone Degrees: 90º
  • Small Ship: 300m Cone Degrees: 90º


Long Range Ore Detector:

  • Large Ship: 350m
  • Small Ship: 200m


Long Range Searchlight:

  • Large Ship: 400m Cone Degrees: 60º
  • Small Ship: 300m Cone Degrees: 60º

This has a bug: it conceals the ore detectors from the block list. You have to search for them to find the block.

Would you please consider posting a standalone version of the new ore detectors, once you fix this bug?

i dont like to replace vanilla blocks, its a problem if another mod does.

Perhaps I'm doing this wrong but I put your spotlight on and there was no difference in distance than vanilla spotlight. The light fades at about 120m on both your's and vanilla's
