描述
Builders can use their charges to speed up the construction of Aqueducts and Neighborhoods. Use the productivity of your large cities to boost the growth of new towns.

- standard boost is 10% per charge
- uniques (e.g. Bath, Mbanza) get boosted by 20% per charge
- Extra Feature: Roman Legions and Maori Toa can use their charge to speed up construction of Encampments (30%)

Requires Gathering Storm (the mechanics allowing this were only added with GS, unfortunately).

Weird glitch that made units invisible with this mod activated. Goes away when I disable it. Could be an interaction with another mod, not sure.

I have the same question as LeoPerGustav. I feel like I'd be getting an unfair advantage if the AI didn't use it.
