描述
Adds a building to manually set off dome fireworks.

You can build it inside or outside (I would recommend inside).

Green Planet bonus:
Provides a minimal boost to terraforming heat (0.01) for a cost (100M), mod option to disable.
Also an option to toggle rainfall.

@ChoGGi I am back trying to play the latest dlc. All the fireworks are broken in my play thru...I know they are working on lots of issues but I was wondering if this was affecting anyone else. BTW thanks again for this building...I LOVE it. (btw tropico 6 latest dlc is all about the fireworks, this should be on the front page of the workshop, too bad it is buried under so much crap)

add a couple more of them than fire them all at once if you want some lag
