Better Mission Chooser

描述
Nobody likes to scroll. So there we make campaign selection to show almost twice more items on screen. Also this is solution for a bug when list becomes corrupted if too many campaigns installed.

Try additional modification from https://sites.google.com/view/rdadv for Weapon Selection compact mode. However there is some limitation u can read on same site.

simple way of how to do this breaks compatibility with default client. hard way needs additional thinking, so maybe someday

Good idea to improve this part of game. Could you do a dynamic list where u can go back from mission choose back to list of campaigns. And I would invite option to make list of favourites campaigns.
