Drop Sphere of Tepok Super Upgraded

At roughly Rank 15 in Tiqtak'to's skill tree is the Upgraded Drop Sphere of Tepok, which grants him a bonus rock to drop. This is great! But by that time the usage of a single or double rock drop has somewhat worn off a bit in the massive 20-stack engaegements: you don't really want to waste your rock given its lovely slow effect, but you're reluctant to spend it.

So I made the upgraded version have infinite uses and a 45s recharge time. This means you don't need to worry too much about wasting your rock, as another one will come back (he picks them up off the ground!).
I can really easily lower it to 30s and might do that given that as a fighting lord Tiq is absolutely atrocious (as a unit buff lord, he's fantastic, but in melee atrocious): any comments, that's what the comment box is for.

This doesn't affect his regular rock, which is his custom battle rock: you'll need to put a skillpoint in it during a campaign.

100% save compatible: can be turned on and off during campaign regardless of whether you have a skillpoint upgrading it or not.
