SPUPClo

SPUPClo is anabbreviation for Single Point Urban Partial Cloverleaf, a very smart idea to join the SPUI, a design already known for it's efficiency, with another very efficient design, the partial cloverleaf, or Parclo for short. This thingy here is basically just a 1upped version of every single service interchange in existence, and will very surely fill any demands for any amount of traffic anywhere you put it. Basically, if you have a troublesome intersection in your town/city centre, just plop one of these down and your ptoblems should be gone. Now, since it still has one at-grade intersection, it cannot quite handle the same amounts of traffic as a fully free-flowing interchange, but is ideal if you have to connect a highway to a surface road, as is shown in the screenshot.

This should work without anarchy mods, as long as you have the two lane highway that comes with NExT 2. It is also within the vannila boundary for intersections, so you could also say it is relatively compact, seeing other designs already on the Workshop.
