This map can be used on any RP gamemode generally. SCP recommended though!

Well its a combination of Site 86 and Site 15. the entrance and surface was loved in site 86. and site 15 was the best lower levels weve ever seen. so we just mushed them together, with optimization, cut on non-essential areas, and added a Gamemaster (located inside of a red-brick building on surface) room to control special sounds and light controls. The map is what we called Mid Phase development, it needs some good optimization passes still.

But atleast 2 elevators/stairways between levels when in the facility.

"Combination of a massive map AND a highly detailed map?! this thing must be an FPS nightmare!!!"
-Nope. The map is optimized in sector differences, prop render distances, as well as some removed things here and there, some smarter thinking on the building blocks of the surface area to chump them down, and a SLIGHT decrease in detail for the surface area.
reflections have been removes, same with HDR, and other non-essential aspects that just where not needed. This is an RP map, not a GM eyecandy map. So it was adapted to be so.

The map is suppose to take place 3 years after the Site 19 mass-containment breach. And shortly after the start of the Site 19 mass-breach was the start of the SCP-001 occurrence "When Day Breaks". Anything organic that touches the light is considered "Lost". Plant life is fine for some reason though. SCPs such as 939s and 682 escaped the facility, but where considered terminated by SCP-001.
Area-41 is the very first Foundation Area that is prompted up in a city. As usually Area locations are always out, away, from any populations.Unlike some Sites that can be within cities.

Area-41 is a further development of Site-86, a containment site. But after the occurrence of SCP-001, the Foundation wished to set up a deep secure location within a city with a wall and active security/military presence, in the act of holding the remaining surviving SCPs from Site 19 and other breached/lost sites. Under a boundary agreement with the new UN made military force built from the surviving world leaders for world unification and peace, the UNCO or UN-Combined Overwatch. (yea, just a way to try to make the Combine NPCs usable), the UNGOC funding and tech cut and given to the UNCO for protecting man kind, with the help of every military asset in their pocket. The Orders of the UNCO are to destroy any SCP that they come across, but they are not designed to hunt them, only defend and fight against them. such as SCP-001-A.

So a walled in city protected by the UNCO against SCP-001-A, wile the Foundation at this point in time is ordered to fall in line from the cause of the event 3 years ago that killed over 6.8 billion people in the first 24h of the event. If the Foundation is deemed a threat, itll be terminated, if anything escapes the Area location, it will be terminated, Hostile or not.

Area-41 was repurposed from Site-86 that turned into Site-29, a Holding facility for SAFE level SCPs of other Sites, until reconstruction of the Site's lower levels where complete. Which it is now, it is confirmed by the council to be reclassified as Area-41 under said prefixes: Armed, Biological, Containment, Humanoid, Reliquary, and Research. The Area may now hold and conduct limited research on SCPs in the Euclid and Keter parameters.

The Foundation has free-rein as they had before, but must tread carefully of what they do, and what they SCP. The Foundation is also a leader in the recolonization of Earth objective put forth to the world by the UN.
