**Request** Themanclaw Combine Replacement

This replaces Combine Soldier, Combine Prison Guard and Combine Elite with Themanclaw's ones. Also replaces playermodels. Shotgun Soldiers do not have different skins than normal soldiers. This was a request. I also have made a seperate PM and NPC version here on the workshop.
