Info
Many of the CC trinkets are vastly underpowered given how rare and difficult they are to obtain. Crimson Court Required!
I wanted to help increase the viable trinket pool for the heroes by buffing and reworking almost all the CC trinkets to be more useful.
I'm open to balancing suggestions just leave a comment.

My Other Mods
Scarlet Ruins: My first mod that adds a lot more content in the Ruins and 3 new Bosses.
Champion Quirks: Adds new Quirk rewards for beating Champion LVL Bosses as well as some quirks to complement CoM DLC.
More Collector Heads : Adds a head trinket for each original hero.
None of my other mods require any DLC to function.

Hero and quality of life mods wouldn't affect this. Some questions.
Are you playing on a Mac or something other than Windows?
And sorry another question, do you have Butcher's Circus DLC installed (doesn't matter if it's active or not).

I got rid of every mod except for one that just expands my roster size and it's still a problem. I don't want to mess with it because I'm afraid I'll lose some of my heroes and it's extremely unlikely that the mods even conflict with each other. If you're curious, the +30% bleed skill chance is replaced with "[<buff_rule_tooltip_skill_false>]".

Bean King , I just checked and the item should be working fine. There might be a conflict with another mod?
The effect should be 30% bleed chance to all skills except Reclaim , +10 Accuracy to Rain of Sorrows, and -20% bleed resist.

The trinket Shard of Glass doesn't seem right (broken tool tip and even worse than its original version). Can you fix it?

I did not change trinket pairs I thought were strong already which includes the Highwayman and Antiquarian.
