yeah i can make a patch for this, to make it spawned on the gutters instead. but that needs the author's consent...

Blueprint doesn't spawn. Any chance you could add them to the inventory of dead Gutters so they can be looted?

Now I want to do a Cult of the Gutter run with a group of lunatic martial artists who live in Gut and build their society around earning the right to wear these by soloing an adult Beak Thing.
