UK Semi-detached - House #1 - Level 1
This is one of a few UK Semi-detached style buildings I've been creating recently. I have left the asset blank to give you more decorative freedom. The following mods are highly recommended to get the best out of this asset:

* Move It!
* Plop The Growables
* Find It
* Prop & Tree Anarchy
* Prop Precision

Service: Low Residential
Sub-service: Low
Level: 1

This building is a level 1 low residential growable.

Do these assets require any props?
No, this is now up to you to decorate.

I Cant find these assets in find it! or RICO. am i doing something wrong?
I've searched 'rik4000' and 'semi' and can't find them anywhere.

@Streeto - Im not sure whats going on there, it should work. Are you saving it as a different name? try saving it a few times with different names and see if any of them work

Hi, I loaded this into asset editor to decorate, so I don't have to individually decorate each one in-game. Only issue is, on LoadingScreenMod it fails to load (this is the only failed asset on the list) and I'm not sure why. I am doing something wrong or..? Do I need to upload it to steam and subscribe to it?
