Animated Fel Empire Portraits

This mod adds animated portraits of the Fel Empire (Please note that although most of the portrait outfits match that era, I had to get a bit creative with others).

Features:
- Animated Portraits of the Fel Empire. This includes: Imperial Knights, Roan Fel's outfit, and Legacy-era Stormtroopers.
- Fel Empire Flag
- Fel Namelist
- New Rooms
- Modified Fel Empire cityset to more match the architectural aesthetics on Bastion.
- New civic: "Knights of the Empire" - Gives a bonus to army damage and allows the recruitment of psionic armies at the start of the game.
- Two new system initializers: Sartinaynian System and Legacy-era Coruscant (before the coup)
- New buildings: "Fel Imperial Palace/Coruscant Palace" - Can only be built on Bastion and Coruscant respectively.
- Planet Modifiers for Bastion and Coruscant
- Custom texture for Bastion and Coruscant
- Prescripted Empire

The Fel Empire portraits uses the Galactic Empire Species portrait mod by Dᴇᴀᴛʜ ᴏꜰ Rᴀᴛs to fill the roster and to serve as a template for the legacy-era stormtroopers, admirals, generals, scientists, governors, and rulers.
