Has a 320,000 Cargo Controller System for MAXIMUM Cargo Storage Early On!

Can you do a much more extensive underground bunker base? I really love this on for early, but it would be awesome to have one that you can actually land SVs underground.

Great base, for A12 I removed the 2 small constructors to make it T1 CPU compliant.
